Have a question about chromosome related disorders
 or other illnesses affecting newborns?

Ask our panel

Michael's Feat recruited parents of children with chromosome disorders and other serious illness, a genetic counselor, and experienced nurses to serve on our panel*.

"Awareness is so important for parents facing a diagnosis of a chromosomal disorder such as Trisomy 13 or 18.

"An awareness campaign such as this can assist medical and nursing professionals in pointing parents in the right direction to find the information and support they need. Through education and awareness, parents can learn about expectations and options regarding certain disorders and help them develop appropriate coping and support systems",
Karen Long, BSN, RNC and NICU at Monmouth Medical Center.
